Get this equation into y=mx+b form.
y-2=-3(x-4)
y-2=-3x+12
y=-3x+12+2
y=-3x+14
Hope this helps!
And just a note, this is provided in point-slope formula, meaning there is a point on the line, (4,2), based on the initial equation.
