A reduction print is a multicolor piece of paper that was printed where the separate colors printed from the same block at different stages. 
A reduction printing is a kind of multicolor print, in which it separates the colors, and begin to print the lightest color possible. Then they can reduce the colors to second, third, etc... based on how you want it.
