The answer would be x = 9.
3x + 3 - 2x = -6 (Expand)
x + 3 = -6 (Simplify 3x + 3 - 2x to x + 3)
x = -6 - 3 (Subtract 3 from both sides)
x = -9 ( Simplify -6 - 3 to -9)
