What effect does a doubling of the mass have upon the acceleration of the object? Bequantitative.can you help me Identity a set of two trials that support the answer to the above question

Respuesta :

According to Newton's second law we have that:

[tex]F=ma[/tex]

Then the acceleration is:

[tex]a=\frac{F}{m}[/tex]

From this equation we notice that if the force is the same and the mass doubles then the acceleration is half of the original one.
