For this case we need to find the radius given by:

[tex]\cos \theta=-\frac{8}{10}=-0.8[/tex]And the sine would be:
[tex]\sin \theta=\frac{6}{10}=0.6[/tex]We can find the angle with this operation:
[tex]\theta=\cos ^{-1}(0.8)=36.87º[/tex]And then our answer would be:
