What is a transverse wave? Draw one and label the following features on your drawing:CrestTroughEquilibrium WavelengthAmplitudeDirection of wave movement

Respuesta :

A transverse wave is a wave in which the particles are displaced perpendicular to the direction of propagation, the crest of the wave is the point of where we have the maximum upward displacement; on the other hand, the trough is the point with the maximum downward displacement. The amplitud is the maximum displacement from the rest positions and the wavelength is the distance between two consecutive crests or troughs.
