For this case we can do the following

Perimeter= AB + BC+ AC

We have the following:

BC= 6+6 = 12

AB= 6+6 = 12

And solving for AC we have:

AC= 7.5+ 7.5 = 15

And replacing we got:

Perimeter = 12+12+ 15= 39
