((-m)^-3)*n
first we substitute in both "m" and "n" with their respective values.
((-(2)^-3))*(-24)
then use pemdas (order of operations) to solve
-(2^-3)*-24
-(1/(2^3)*-24
-(1/8)*-24
(1/8)*24
24/8=3
3 is the answer
