Please give an example of a technical issue you were not able to resolve on your first attempt. what troubleshooting steps did you take and what was the end result?
My scanner wouldn't work on our PC by using the scan buttons on the printer. Normally it works when I do this. So I went to the control panel and chose our printer and it had an icon for the scanner so I clicked on it and the scanner then worked and afterwards it worked juerst with the buttons on the printer as well.
