This problem can be directly solved by drawing the free body diagram (see attached photo)

The normal force = 131.92N and the total resistance force = 94.56N because the suitcase is not accelerating (acceleration = 0) so the total forces must balance, hence we can say that the resistance force is equal to the horizontal component of her pulling force.
