In favor : the colonist already mainly bought from the company so to be able to only buy from them should have been no problem, and having taxation on the tea was reasonable since Britain was in dept after the war they fought for the colonist so it was only fair that they help pay off the depts as a thanks
Argument against : the colonist had no representation in parliament so to be taxed without representation was basically robbery, and the colonist mainly drank tea so to be taxed on it was unfair
